Service Charter of the Palazzo Farnese Museums

The Service Charter is the means through which the Civic Museums of Palazzo Farnese communicate with and engage with their users. The Charter identifies the services the Museums undertake to provide based on their own Regulations, current regulations, and in accordance with the needs and expectations of their users, whose satisfaction is a primary objective.
