Flowers, Colors, and Science! Between Petals and Microscopes

Published on 20 March 2026 • events

Saturday, April 11th

From 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

At Palazzo Farnese

What lies behind the colors of the most common meadow flowers? This experience allows us to explore botany from a close-up perspective. After a guided foraging tour of the Palace gardens, we'll use stereoscopes to analyze the plants' morphology: stamens, pistils, veins, and perfect geometries that escape the naked eye.
An immersive journey from the macro to the micro that will conclude by unleashing your imagination in a creative laboratory, where science meets art to give new life to your discoveries.
